I traveled up from Long Island to lease a new Hybrid CRV with Mohawk Honda because I believe in doing business with honest people who don’t use pressure sales tactics or financial gimmicks. Kudos to Vince Fernandez whom I first spoke with who put together a very competitive lease deal. No nonsense and open communication was sincerely appreciated. Once I arrived to the dealership after being picked up by one of their drivers from the Amtrak station, his colleague Mike Sabatello provided an expert briefing on all features and functions of the CRV which helped tremendously. Lastly, Tyler Foster was very helpful in going through all leasing documents, and later discovered there was a small overpayment and found me before I left to reassure me I’ll be refunded the difference. That honesty goes a long way. Aside from the people, this is the largest Honda dealership I’ve ever seen, and their plethora of awards on the wall speaks to their commitment to customer service. If you’re looking for a Honda, this is the place.
