Everyone we worked with was professional and knowledgeable. It just shouldn't have to take this long or be this complicated to buy a car, though.

I got my first car in 2024, and back then I got to work with Sam so I figured I’d reach out to him since I was thinking about trading in my car. He responded right away and took the time to ask the right things to understand what I actually needed this time. Sam was really patient with my multiple questions and explained everything in plain language. The entire process was and felt easy and smooth. Thank again, Sam! Omker walked me through the settings and made sure everything felt right for me, which I really appreciated. I also want to thank Deanna, she was incredibly patient, thorough, and made sure I understood everything. I’m genuinely glad I worked with them!

the work appears to be done well. but... it shouldn't take 2+ hours to perform for a inspection and oil change for an appointment i scheduled weeks earlier and for which I showed up on time. I was told that it took so long because the express service got backed up and it took a while to get to my scheduled service. so they made me wait for people who just showed up that day unscheduled. my appointment was at 2, i left there 430+. and while i was there, they approach me about buying my car. i said i had about 15-20 minutes if they want to get back to me re: apprasial and offer. They finally returned almost an hour later with the information, making me wait. said they got really busy. i could have just left i guess, but didnt because i try to be respectful to people. not really feeling valued as a customer. no respect in regards to my time or schedule, making me wait for my service to be performed or appraise my car. i left disappointed. i will say in the review that i will recommend the shop only becuase maybe i caught them on a bad day and i hope they can do better next time

Purchased a 2025 Hyundai Sonata from Emily D.
